Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, GeimerGoods.com will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be preauthorized and be clearly labeled with a valid RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. No returned product should ever be shipped in only the product packaging and must be contained inside of a shipping carrier's approved shipping container. Any delivery without the RMA clearly displayed on the outside of the box will be refused.

Satisfaction guarantee and return policy

Your satisfaction is our goal; every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty as well as GeimerGoods.com's satisfaction guarantee for most products. If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs please return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll arrange for an exchange or refund. In order to be eligible for return we ask that all returns be complete with all accessories and in the manufacturer's original packaging. Please note that desktop and laptop computers, tablets, televisions, projectors, digital cameras, camcorders, GPS devices, and cell phones may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Before returning any item, you must first contact GeimerGoods.com and obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number and instructions for return of any item. It is not acceptable to return items without proper notification or tracking information being provided to GeimerGoods.com before the item is returned.

Because of the nature of these products and services the following items are non-returnable:

• Delivery, Installation, diagnostic and repair, and other labor.
• Gift cards and pre-paid cards.
• Batteries, ink and other consumable items are not returnable.
• Items that are damaged or abused, missing any accessories, missing the UPC, or serial/identification numbers or are not in the original packaging.
• Subscription services have their own, individual cancellation policy which varies by service.

Refunds

Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card, on open account or with PayPal will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds for orders purchased with a third party gift card will be returned to that gift card. If you no longer have the gift card, please contact the issuing bank and ask them to reissue the card or transfer funds to a new card. Alternatively a GeimerGoods Gift card may be issued.

Bundles, Coupons, and Special Offers

Bundled items, including free items, buy 1 get 1 offers, gift card offers, etc. must all be returned together and meet the standard return policy in order to be refunded or exchanged.

If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
